Zanzibar is blessed with tropical butterfly species of different types. They are found in abundance in farmer’s fields and villages, but here in Zanzibar there is a special place where you can see these butterflies fluttering within gardens specially built for the exhibition of these insects. This garden is located near Jozani-Chwaka Bay National Park in Unguja Island. This place is surrounded by nets with many butterflies of different colours and sizes.
